Who We Are
FOLA is owned by Cabanga Africa Group and built by Cabanga Platforms. These terms apply to fola.cabanga.africa and the FOLA app. [CLIENT FILLS: registered entity name and registration number that operates FOLA]
Using FOLA
You may browse, shortlist and send requests for your own genuine needs. You confirm each request with the code FOLA emails you. You must not send false requests, impersonate anyone, or use FOLA to collect other people's details.
Listings
If you list, the details you give must be true and you must be authorised to give them. FOLA may check them, mark them, edit them for clarity, or remove them. A reported listing may come off the board while FOLA looks into it.
Introductions
FOLA introduces the parties on WhatsApp. Any booking, cover arrangement, care arrangement, stay or order that follows is between you and the other party. FOLA is not a party to it.
Fees
Patients pay FOLA nothing. Practices pay USD 28 a year for a listing. Suppliers pay USD 150 a year for a listing, or USD 300 taken from their first order if they choose not to pay upfront, plus a commission on every order won through FOLA at the rate agreed in writing when they list. Other listing fees are confirmed in writing before anything is charged.
Going Around FOLA
A supplier introduced to a practice through FOLA owes the agreed commission on orders from that introduction, whether the order is placed through FOLA or directly.
Liability
FOLA is not responsible for the care, advice, products or services of anyone listed. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country. [CLIENT FILLS: governing law and venue for disputes]
Changes
FOLA may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
